Materials: Decaf And Regular or "High Test" Coffee Here’s one that is really for the office manager or whomever is in charge of the kitch at the office, but just about anyone can pull it off at smaller companies.
Start by changing the coffee in the office coffee maker to decaf. Wait about three weeks (or until you think everybody has weaned off their caffeine addiction) and then switch to espresso or some other strong coffee. You’ll really notice the difference that first day when all that caffeine hits their system, but you could get a whole week out of this one.
