Take a can of any non-gel based shaving cream and put it in a freezer (bet you didn’t know this stuff would freeze, did you?). When it is nice and frozen (give it a shake and if you can hear anything moving, it’s still liquid), remove the bottom of the can by prying it from the rest of the can. Be very careful with this step as it can be very messy… another important tip to to buy cans whose bottoms can be removed at all (some hipper lines of shaving cream are all one piece).
After you’ve removed the bottom, put it in the victim’s drawer… this works really well with co-workers, especially with metal desks. When the shaving cream melts, it will expand and “explode” all over everything.
We’ve seen this work so well that it filled up the drawer and oozed out the top and bottom… bonus points if one of the explosions happens when the victim is investigating the odd sounds coming from their desk!
